What about my privacy?

Your privacy is extremely important to us.  There is nothing we feel is more important than respecting the privacy of our customers. Our policy is to never share any personal information about our customers with any third-party.  In addition, we sign a legal Confidentiality Agreement as part of our service agreement with you to ensure your privacy.

What happens to the information that is provided?

The information you provide to us is used to create your child’s KID SAFE CHILD ID™ memory card.  Your compact KID SAFE CHILD ID™ card will contain all of the information you provide in a standardized format which is organized and easy to access, in the event of an emergency.

After your KID SAFE CHILD ID™ card is delivered, all of your information will be removed from our office. Paper forms will be shredded and any working files deleted to ensure that you are the only one who has a copy of your child’s information.

How long does it take to receive my KID SAFE CHILD ID™ ?

It typically takes up to 2 weeks to process a new KID SAFE CHILD ID™ or update an existing one.  All shipments are sent with signature confirmation to ensure delivery and privacy.
