How will emergency medical personnel know your allergies, medications, doctors and emergency contact information, especially if you are unconscious or hospitalized?

Medical ID bracelets and alert jewelry only have room for a word or phone number. In an emergency, a bracelet will likely not have enough information to save your life.

MEDAlert™ is a USB personal medical information and alert device that combines your emergency medical information with today’s technology.

A digital memory chip is used to store all your information on the easy access MEDAlert™ medical history and alert form.

The bright red device with the MEDAlert™ logo will alert medical personnel to your special needs and existing medical conditions.

Just keep your MEDAlert™ device attached to your key chain, purse or lanyard to wear around your neck.

It’s easy, just complete a simple form and your MEDAlert™ professional will do the rest, providing you with your compact MEDAlert™ memory

device containing all of your critical medical information.

Let MEDAlert™ provide your critical information to emergency professionals when you can’t!

Hurricanes, floods, earthquakes and tornados

A Personal Medical Information Storage Device lets you prepare for emergencies before they happen.

Hurricanes and natural disasters are a part of every day life and the national weather service continues to expect terrible storms in the future.

Earthquakes on the west coast, tornados in the Midwest and floods throughout the nation cause hundreds of emergency evacuations every year.

Hurricane Katrina displaced tens of thousands of people, most of them hundreds of miles away from home or other family members. Many of these with injuries or medical conditions were treated by doctors that had incomplete information about the patient's medical history putting the patient at risk.

FEMA and the Red Cross recommend that you maintain a 72 hour emergency kit which includes a list of important information as part of a disaster preparedness plan. That list should include your emergency medical and contact information.

Don’t wait until it's too late, make MEDAlert™ a part of your family’s disaster recovery plan and you’ll have the protection and peace of mind you deserve.

About Us

As MEDAlert™ professionals, we’ll document your critical medical information on a compact digital storage device making your information easily available in case of an emergency.

Our goal is to foster and improve patient care, reduce medical errors and assure that at least a minimum standard of health information is available when a patient is seen by a first responder or other provider.

Your medical history information is an important first step to ensuring an accurate diagnosis and proper care in an emergency.

In an emergency, medical personnel have only seconds to diagnose your needs and begin lifesaving procedures. Unfortunately, patients are often incapacitated and cannot communicate their special needs in an emergency and are subject to an increased risk of medical errors.

In an emergency, healthcare providers must either start from scratch or act blindly because they don’t have the patient's medical information, relevant past history, allergies, or medications.

MEDAlert™ allows quality of care to be improved, as patients and doctors benefit from immediate access to the patient's emergency information, allowing all parties to avoid the sometimes dangerous duplication of medications and other errors associated with incomplete information.

Let MEDAlert™ provide your critical information to emergency professionals when you can’t!
